The cloud has come forward as a successful computing exemplar allowing users and organizations to rely on external providers for storing and processing their data and making them available to others. This survey presents an overview of cloud computing with its components, service models, deployment models and security concepts. Cloud computing has a lot of security issues that are gaining great attention now a days, including the data protection, network security, virtualization security, application integrity and identity management. Many techniques are suggested for data protection in cloud computing but there are still a lot of challenges in this subject. In this paper we present an overview of Cloud computing framework and its security issues related to storage, management and processing of data.
