This paper delves into the advanced technologies for the production of kiwifruit nanopowder and its emerging applications in diverse fields. It reviews novel preparation methods emphasizing green and sustainable processes, such as enzymatic - assisted nanomilling and microwave - mediated synthesis. The unique properties of kiwifruit nanopowder, especially those enhanced by these advanced technologies, are analyzed in detail. Moreover, the paper explores its emerging applications in areas like smart food packaging, personalized nutrition, and tissue engineering. By highlighting the potential and challenges, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the current state and future directions of kiwifruit nanopowder research and development.
