3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a process that crafts three-dimensional objects by layering materials on top of each other. Unlike traditional manufacturing techniques involving carving or shaping solid blocks, 3D printing constructs objects layer by layer. 3D printing is transforming the fashion industry, revolutionizing the way clothes are designed, produced, and customized. Designers and clothing producers can use the technology to create fantastic 3D printed fashion with shapes and geometries never made before. In this paper, we will explore how 3D printing technology is reshaping the fashion industry.
