In the modern era, the role of Human Resources is increasingly seen as important in an organization. This view is based on the understanding that, Human Resources are valuable assets that will have an impact on organizational productivity. Human Resources will support organizational productivity, when Human Resources can be managed appropriately. One view that supports that HR can support productivity is the view of HR as an agent of change. HR needs to be made aware that they are agents of change in an organization. The continuity and success of an organization cannot be separated from the role of HR as an agent of change. Human resources who are aware that they are one of the determinants of the sustainability of the organization will have an impact on the sustainability of the organization.
