Many Agile practitioners would agree when we say, “Agile is not a methodology, but a mindset”[1]some also believe it is a behavior, culture and a way of life. This paper dwells upon the belief of Agile being a culture and tries to address the cultural change which is the need of the hour in our education system. This paper also brings in the combination of the Ego States and Personalities for squad formation based on parameters measured using Psychometric tests and the marks obtained by the students. These squads are expected to become self-organized teams by enabling each other. This paper aims to be a guideline for educational institutions to visualize how agile squads could help a transformation for engaging students to help their peers to succeed along with them, thereby Enabling their leadership Skills, make them to co-create and improve the overall results of the educational institutions
