As a new type of pipe, RTP composite pipe consists of an extrusion section, a winding section, and a composite section. The most critical part is the winding part. This article mainly introduces the winding part control system based on Siemens PLC, systematically discusses the composition of this part, explains the development process of the control system, and gives some program ladder diagrams.
